Record Flooding in Minot

We’re all familiar with the serious flooding along the Mississppi River this spring, and we’re most likely familiar with the spring flooding that typically occurs in the North Dakota. What is less common is serious flooding on the first day of summer in North Dakota, but with  rain from recent storms, combined with already high rivers, that’s the case this year.

In fact, record flooding is expected along the Souris RIver in Minot, North Dakota, this week.
